A friend recently shared with me a testimony given by a godly lady.  I don’t know that I’ll ever glean all the truth from it, but the Holy Spirit continues to use it to undo me.  Here are 2 snippets that continue to reverberate through my mind.  Oh that they would catch hold in my heart…

“…that which is born of the flesh is flesh and will never be otherwise.  So anything for which we are sufficient in ourselves is nothing in God’s estimation.  It’s only that which comes from above that will abide…”

“So many are putting to death the very life of God’s Son by their religious games that have a stench of dead works rather than a fragrance of a living Lord.”
